Policies
Cancel/Reschedule
I request that you cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time of your appointment. Any booking fees that were required will be forfeited if appointment is cancelled/rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice.
Lateness/No-Show
- Services 60 min and under are allowed up to a 10 minute grace period with a notice--with no notice, 5 minutes. Beyond the grace period is a no-show.
- Services more than 60 min are allowed up to a 15 minute grace period with a notice--with no notice, 10 minutes. Beyond the grace period is a no-show.
If a shortened service can be done (at my discretion only), you will still pay the full price of the scheduled service.
Repeat tardy clients may no longer have a grace period and may be turned away.
After one less than 24 hour notice/no-show/multiple lateness, you may be subject to either of the following:
- putting a non-refundable booking fee down of up to 100% of the service
- putting a card on file that will be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service if cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours and up to 100% if you no-show
Booking
Clients are asked to book themselves accurately, including all add ons such as removals and nail art. Services not pre-booked cannot be guaranteed at the time of appointment. Unexpected services will cut into original service and may warrant an abbreviated appointment and last minute fee if service runs late.
If you ever have any questions about booking (removals/add ons), please contact me directly so we can book you for the correct amount of time. Pre-booked services allow me to provide my best work by not rushing or running into another client's time.
Quality Satisfaction
I will always do my best during my allotted time to ensure quality. This is a big reason why I chose to be independent—to give myself the time I feel is needed to provide a quality service. If by chance, an issue arises with 48 hours of your service, please reach out to me. I will fix it at no cost if it was due to an error on my end. All repairs must be completed within 48 hours of contacting me. No monetary refunds will be given.
Anything beyond the 48 hours or due to client error will be charged accordingly.
If a client runs late half or more of the grace period or there are last minute services/add ons, quality satisfaction cannot be guaranteed as I will be forced to work faster than I'd like to.
PLEASE NOTE: Although your nails or lashes may be dry to the touch, it takes around 24 hours to fully cure so treat them with extra care. This is why aftercare is super important!
